The Terms & Conditions set out below govern the use of the applications offered by PT Elang Mulia Abadi Sempurna (“Lotus Archi”) regarding the use of the applications. Users are advised to read carefully because it may affect the rights and obligations of the user under the law.
By using the Lotus Archi Certificate and Tracking (LA CertiTrack) application, the User is deemed to have read, understood, comprehend and agreed to all contents in the Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are a form of agreement deemed as a valid agreement between the User and Lotus Archi.
The use of this application may involve the collection and use of Users information.
By using this application, Users agrees that Lotus Archi may collect, use, and share Users information bellow in accordance with this Terms & Conditions, as revised from time to time.
In connection with the disclosure of Users data, Lotus Archi will/may need to disclose Users data to third party service providers, agents and/or affiliates or related companies, and/or other third parties which may be located inside or outside the territory of Indonesia. However, third party service providers, agents and/or affiliates or related companies and/or other third parties will only manage and/or utilize Users data in connection with one or more purposes as stipulated in this privacy policy and in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
The LA CertiTrack application protects any Users data stored in its system, and protects that data from unauthorized access, use, modification, retrieval and/or disclosure by using a number of security measures and procedures.
For this purpose, Users personal data is securely stored in databases, and standard, industry and commercially reasonable security practices such as encryption, firewalls and SSL (Secure Socket Layers) are used as well as physical protection of the location where the data resides and is stored.
However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. There is no guarantee of database security nor can Lotus Archi guarantee that the User information provided will not be intercepted when transmitted over the internet. Any transmission of information by the User to Lotus Archi is at the Users own risk.
Lotus Archi will retain information for as long as it allowed and can perform deletion in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Lotus Archi may from time to time, without prior notification to the Users, make changes or updates to this Terms & Conditions. Lotus Archi recommends that users carefully read and check this Terms & Conditions from time to time for any changes. By continuing to access and use the application, the Users are deemed to have agreed to any changes in this Terms & Conditions.
In the event that the Users has questions, comments, complaints, or claims regarding this Terms & Conditions or the user wishes to make corrections to his/her data, please contact Lotus Archi customer service.
Please also note that the Lotus Archi service may provide Users with links that allow Users to access third party services or websites. These third party websites may be hosted by the relevant third parties. Users use of such third party services including any Users Information that the Users provide to such third parties, is subject to the relevant third party's terms of service and privacy policy and not these Terms & Conditions, so please review the terms carefully.
